Ron now focuses on residential sales in the North Valley and has been a multimillion-dollar producer since 1995. He brings specialized knowledge to clients, having been originally educated in accounting and having been employed as a CPA tax specialist with Deloitte & Touche. During the “Great Recession” of 2008, Ron turned to doing fix-and-flips in Maryvale, Arcadia, and & Scottsdale in addition to his brokerage business.

Jim has thirty plus years of successful experience in various global retail Fortune 500 companies. Positions of management includes District Manager, Regional Manager and VP of Stores. Companies include VP stores Tommy Hilfiger, VP stores Footlocker North America, and Limited Corporation. After 9/11 I moved from the NYC area to Scottsdale

I have always loved the weather, landscape and real estate and all the beautiful golf courses in Arizona. It is paradise. I have lived throughout the US and Canada and was involved in residential and commercial real estate. After being involved with purchasing homes in the valley to remodel and sell, I decided to get my real estate license. I enjoy working with new clients and establishing a business relationship.
